Customer Logistics Specialist (Permanent)
Delivering goods to valued customers around the country in a timely and professional manner
The candidate will have similar experience of multi drop deliveries and will be required to possess:
Tacho Card Driver CPC card.
The candidate will need will need to undergo the relevant DBS and DVLA process if successful.
Customer Response Expert (Permanent)
Hours – 8.30am to 5.00pm Mon to Fri
To be the in-house sales frontline of the company to customers, processing and expediting sales orders, building outstanding levels of customer relationships and resolving customer queries
To take and process sales orders and enquiries promptly and accurately.
To represent the company to customers and others in a professional and courteous manner.
To ensure customer and other records are maintained and updated promptly and accurately.
To pro-actively contact customers to agreed schedules as required in conjunction with members of the Customer Response Team.
To act as the intermediary between the customer and Purchasing and Logistics, for resolution of queries and issues arising.
Maintain relationships with existing and potential customers in order to facilitate the growth of the business profitably.
Internal Customer Insight Support (Permanent)
Supporting the Customer Insight Sales Team to protect and grow sales and profit within the existing customer base through identifying opportunities for new products and services.
To be the primary point of contact representing the company in a professional and efficient manner through effective account techniques, telephone and email contact.
Develop and maintain relationships with personnel at all levels within customer organisations to increase loyalty to Arrow and grow revenue streams.
Uncover opportunities to grow revenue and sales through introduction of new products from the company’s product portfolio and by up-selling to higher margin lines.
Ensure the timely delivery of sales proposals/quotes and solutions to meet customer needs and objectives.
Analyse and interpret customer useage of Arrow products.
Maintain the company’s CRM and related records.
