Developed and refined based on our 45 years’ experience, our 4-stage 'WorkSmarter' methodology doesn't just 'fix' the problem. Instead, we go deeper - working at site level to find and solve the root cause of your challenges.

Our team of Insight Specialists are highly trained and experienced in undertaking WorkSmarter assessments in specific industries. Following a detailed evaluation of current practice and products, they review findings with our internal WorkSmarter team to develop their recommendations into a detailed implementation plan:

  • 1. PRE-ASSESSMENT

    • Define primary objectives with management team
    • Agree assessment zones
    • Identify key stakeholders
  • 2. AREA ASSESSMENT

    • Meet with staff on-site to understand individual challenges
    • Observe on-site practice, products and tools
    • Identify problem areas and any hygiene issues

    • Review key findings with WorkSmarter team
